1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Tokyo777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). They apply to all access and use of the Tokyo777 website, its subdomains, mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, "the Service").

Tokyo777 operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related promotional services primarily to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Tokyo777 platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on Tokyo777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Tokyo777 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will verify it during the KYC process. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds returned less administrative costs.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and nominee registrations are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of Tokyo777 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated by Tokyo777 for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied by Tokyo777 or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether for personal use or to gain an unfair advantage from bonus offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

Tokyo777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: A copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your current residential address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB account statement).
• Source of Funds: Documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gambling activity, if requested by our compliance team.

Tokyo777 reserves the right to suspend a Player's withdrawal privileges or restrict Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing of submitted documents typically takes 1–3 business days, subject to document quality and completeness.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. Tokyo777 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most methods; the minimum cryptocurrency deposit is the equivalent of approximately USDT 30.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity. Tokyo777 does not facilitate money transfers, currency exchange, or any other financial service beyond the scope of gaming deposits and related withdrawals.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the Account, or to a method in the Player's own name upon satisfactory verification.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed against a balance that includes bonus funds.
• Tokyo777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet channels and within the same business day for bank transfers. Processing times may vary based on transaction volume and may require additional verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.

5.3 Fees. Tokyo777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own service charges, for which Tokyo777 accepts no liability.

5.4 Currency. All Account balances, bets, and payments are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Tokyo777 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Tokyo777 offers various promotional offers to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP-specific incentives. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who are 21 years of age or older and who hold a valid, verified Account in good standing.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). A 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Player must wager a total of RM3,500 before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is RM500 (or the equivalent). Bets exceeding this cap may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Check individual bonus terms for specific contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the period specified in the relevant promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus winnings. This limit is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Tokyo777 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms have been circumvented or abused, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or the use of prohibited software.

Tokyo777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts at the time of modification.

7. Game Rules & Gameplay

All games available on the Tokyo777 platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information or help panel. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game mechanics.

7.1 Game Fairness. All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce outcomes. Tokyo777 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the integrity of a game round, Tokyo777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players. The Company's decision on such matters is final.

7.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and other competitions — are subject to applicable sporting rules and Tokyo777's sportsbook terms. In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of a relevant event due to a delay in data feed will be voided.

7.4 Interrupted Sessions. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game session, the game outcome will be determined according to the server-side result. Tokyo777 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tokyo777 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or using more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by Tokyo777.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering through the platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to defraud Tokyo777 or any other Player through misrepresentation, manipulation of games, or any other deceptive means.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund your Account or verify your identity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tokyo777 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and audio — is the proprietary property of Tokyo777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without Tokyo777's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tokyo777, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from gambling activity undertaken on the platform, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions beyond Tokyo777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the breach resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Tokyo777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Tokyo777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Responsible Gambling

Tokyo777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration reminders.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the platform. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request and is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. On account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending wagering obligations.

13.2 By Tokyo777. Tokyo777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• We are required to do so by regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• A Player's conduct is abusive or threatening towards our staff or other players.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, Tokyo777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimately earned real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Tokyo777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Players by email or via a prominent notification on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance.

Your continued use of the Tokyo777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tokyo777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

15.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact Tokyo777's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. We aim to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

15.2 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter in writing to our Compliance team at the contact details set out in Section 16. We will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.
